Moneynet blasts high st travel agents for extreme insurance costs.

Online financial comparison site ghana shows in its latest figures that major high st players like Thomas Cook, Thomson and Travelcare, which between them account for around seventy pc of the travel insurance market, levy premiums that are generally twice as costly as purchasing cover on the internet. "There is no excuse for travel agents to charge these unreasonable prices," declared Moneynet Chairman Richard Brown. "Single trip travel insurance can be procured direct from a broker at awfully reasonable costs. The difference in price can in our perspective only be accounted for by the commission that some agents are taking from the insurance firm. "The FSA does cover yearly premiums purchased thru high street outlets, but single trip cover, which is fashionable with holidaymakers, isn't under the watchdog's remit," expounded Brown. Airfield Menace : The Wireless Peeping Tom ---------------------------------------- as a network security specialist, I travel quite frequently.

On occassion, it feels like the airfield is my 2nd home. Some months back, I ran into Frank Bielec, from the TLC show, Trading Spaces. But one of my fave things to do at the airfield is read the wireless Ethernet waves. I am never really surprised at what I find. I am just pleased I know more about wireless Ethernet than the average road soldier. It's a bit a peer to peer configuration and it works well. Uk is the UK's most established private finance research and info internet site.
